Booking Terms

Who you are booking with

Bookings on this site are sold by Zmanim, Inc. (“Zmanim”), acting as the merchant of record and authorized reseller of the stay, on behalf of the property’s host. Your payment is processed by Zmanim; the accommodation itself is provided by the host identified on the property page.

Your booking confirmation, receipt and any refunds are issued by Zmanim, Inc.

Payment and saved cards

Depending on the payment plan you select, part of the price may be charged when you book and the remainder closer to your stay. By booking you authorize Zmanim to charge your saved payment method off-session for these scheduled payments and, where shown at checkout, for a refundable security deposit.

If a scheduled payment fails, we will retry it and contact you; unresolved balances may lead to cancellation under the cancellation policy you accepted.

Cancellations and refunds

Each booking carries the cancellation policy displayed at checkout (for example flexible, moderate, firm or non-refundable). Refunds are computed against that policy from the moment you cancel. Within 48 hours of booking, and at least 14 days before check-in, cancellations are refunded in full.

House rules and conduct

You agree to the house rules shown on the property page, to the stated maximum occupancy, and to leaving the property in reasonable condition. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged against the security deposit or, where necessary, to your payment method.

Liability and disputes

The host is responsible for the accommodation; Zmanim is responsible for the booking and payment service. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
