What we collect
To process a booking we collect your name, email, phone number, stay details and payment method (handled by our payment processor, Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers). We log booking-related events, including the IP address and browser used at checkout, as part of the payment record.
How we use it
Your details are used to operate the booking: confirmations and stay communication, payment and deposits, legal and accounting obligations of the merchant of record, and fraud prevention. We share them with the host of the property you book, with our payment and email providers, and with no one else except as required by law.
Retention and your rights
Booking and payment records are retained as long as accounting and dispute rules require. You may request a copy or correction of your personal data, or deletion where the law allows, by writing to bookings@ahuza.io.
